Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are an established technique for goal-setting. In this talk I present some practical advice, extracted from experience, on how to make the most out of OKRs in cross-functional product development teams — so that they really bring value and enable success, and are not being used just because the company wanted to jump on the bandwagon.
